The no snore is too big for my mouth, I wake up with a very sore mouth, gums etc. I think it would be good if it was a bit smaller, I can't even close my mouth fully.
Has reduced my heavy snoring so much my wife actually likes me again lol. Reasonably comfortable product but does the job. Have to do a couple of resets to get it right or it falls out during the night but I am sleeping better and so is the wife.

I bought this for my husband as I have observed him having difficulties at times when sleeping. He seems to stop breathing for periods of time. He has seen the dr about this but didn’t qualify for the sleep study. When he uses the mouth guard I notice his breathing is much easier and I haven’t come across him struggling for a breath. He has found it mostly comfortable but has said his jaw aches in the morning after using it. I think with time he will slowly get used to it. It definitely helps with the snoring though ….
