From checkout to your doorstep

    You'll get an order confirmation by email the moment your payment goes through.

    Packed and dispatched within 1 business day
    We pack your NoSnore Pro™ and hand it to our courier, usually the next business day.

    On its way
    As soon as it ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.
  4. Delivered in 3 to 5 business days
    Your quieter nights arrive. Most orders land within 3 to 5 business days of dispatch.

Processing and dispatch

We process and dispatch every order within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are sent on the next business day.

Once your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days of dispatch. Delivery times are an estimate and can vary by location.

Deliveries to regional and remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order over $50 AUD, so your NoSnore Pro™ ships free.

For orders under $50, a small flat shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can watch its progress.

You can check on your parcel any time using Track my order.

We currently ship right across Australia, to every state and territory.

Planning to send one overseas? Get in touch and we'll let you know what we can do.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can only send your order to the address provided.

Made a mistake? Email us straight away at customercare@nosnorestore.com and we'll fix it if your order hasn't shipped yet.

Possible delays

We do everything we can to get your order to you on time. During busy periods such as sales and holidays, or with occasional courier delays and weather events, delivery can take a little longer than usual. If your order seems held up, reach out and we'll chase it down for you.
